The key to redemption is to handle and satisfy as many excited kids at the same time as you can. You must fill orders fast and be able to switch to another customer while another makes up their mind. Back and forth - here and there - quickly and easily handling changing requests. Gatemaster will do all this - yet we have NO LIMIT to the number of customers that can be served at any time. Again this is accomplished by our unique design and approach.

Ease Of Use

Up to four members of your staff can use the same screen simultaneously.

Redemption Master's clean, straight forwards screens will make work easier for your staff and your FEC much more efficient.

Here we see the main screen. A number in the top left that displays the current Scan Account ID. Just under this the Scan Account ID various messages will appear as appropriate. The top right display area indicates the number of available tickets for a Scan Account. The Transaction Grid . This larger middle area displays Scan Account transaction activity. Four buttons at the bottom will display as the functions are available. Transfer – Places Sector in Transfer Mode. Copy – Prints a Scan Slip for the current Scan Account on the Sector. New – Creates a new Account. Logoff – Logs User of that Sector Area under the buttons display the staff Alias name that is logged onto that Sector. Through this clean, user interface, Redemptionmaster puts you a click or two away from any part of the system.
